In which we have a weekend of music and fresh food

We saw Shenandoah Davis, Mirah and the acoustic version of the Moondoggies. Do yourself a favor and add them to your Pandora station on a lazy afternoon; it’s good lolling music. The sound reverberating through the cathedral made them sound just that much better.

On Sunday we continued our yuppie trend and checked out the Ballard Farmer’s Market since we had so much fun at the Fremont one a few months back:

Shopping made us hungry and we had a delicious brunch at the cute little French Bastille:

We finished up our fun day with mac and cheese and sausages and asparagus from the farmer’s market. Yum!

Now to get through three days of work before heading to Nashville for the family reunion to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday!
